And build it in such a way that it may have a brick or cobble stone look to it, so it's not going to be a thoroughfare, flying people through there. But it gives you a chance to bring back what we once had in terms of the arteries being open in the main core of downtown. " Now, how hard is it to open up those TWO blocks of Main St.?
